Our 2021 Scholarship Round-up
This year we had 105 UWE Student participate in our 2021 summer scholarship programme. This has been our biggest Scholarship yet and we are so proud of our team and all our scholars for their achievements throughout the 8-week scholarship.
So, what did we get up to? Each scholar had their very own advisor and mentor to aide them in their business journey over the 8 weeks of the scholarship. They were each paired up with a mentor who of which suited their personal business needs. This may have been marketing, finance, confidence or pitching! Not only did our scholars have access to a mentor and advisor throughout the 8 weeks, but they also had access to a variety of workshops from both the UWE enterprise teams and industry professionals. Some of our workshops included Market research, Sales, Data Analysis and Sustainability! Our scholars also had access to an amazing Microsoft teams Channel where they could network and share ideas surrounding their start-ups!
